East Brunswick’s best attractions

travel to Europe

Everyone in Middlesex County can agree: East Brunswick has a certain joie de vivre. One can argue that it all stems from the town’s collection of great attractions.

Let’s take a look at the best of what East Brunswick has to offer in recreation and entertainment.

  1. Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. Float down the lazy river, try out all the water slides, soak in the pools, and more at this expansive park. The facility is open throughout the summer season, offering a wide variety of family-friendly amenities.
  2. Tamarack Golf Course. Tamarack Golf Course ranks high among the best golf facilities in Middlesex County. It boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by the one and only Hal Purdy.

The East (Gold and Blue) course is a 6,226-yard, par-71 course while the West (Red and White) course is much larger, covering 7,025 yards with a par of 72. Both courses are considered some of the most difficult in the county.

But despite that, all skill levels (residents and non-residents) flock to the courses. After all, nothing can stop enthusiasts from what could be a good tee time.

Other amenities offered at the Tamarack Golf Course include locker rooms, golf carts, and five target greens. There are also 34 separate stalls in the driving range. The pros at Tamarack host golf clinics and camps for the youth throughout the year.

  3. East Brunswick 9/11 Memorial. Some say that to appreciate life, one must look back on past events, no matter how heartbreaking. East Brunswick residents remember 9/11 victims and their families at the local 9/11 Memorial.

Located in the East Brunswick Municipal Court, the 9/11 Memorial includes two towers. A closer look will reveal the names of East Brunswick residents who perished in the attack, inscribed in the stones. Circling the memorial is a lovely garden where you can hang out and reflect.

  4. The Estate at Farrington Lake. Planning a wedding? A party celebrating a special occasion? Maybe a corporate event? I highly recommend The Estate at Farrington Lake. Located on the shores of Farrington Lake, The Estate offers over 22 acres of beautiful grounds and top-of-the-line amenities for your fete. It is open all year-round, so you can plan your dream event by the season appropriately.

The Estate also extends its services by hosting an array of wedding and event-organizing shows throughout the year. So if you need some help in putting your party together, get in touch with the folks at The Estate.
